I did Barista course for Beginners and Latte Art Course with Roberto! He is a gem to humankind. I learnt a lot & can only recommend his courses to coffee lovers. You'll have a great time at the workshop!
I am so grateful to stumble upon the Barista Workshop by Roberto via Groupon. He is simply the most patient, kind, considerate coffee specialist that you can pick if you ever want to become a Barista or simply want to get better at making coffee. Throughout the workshop we learned coffee history, different types of coffee beans and how and why light, mild, dark roasts can produce different flavors under different temperatures. It was simply fascinating and mind blowing things we were able to learn about coffee in such a short time. What I liked the most, apart from theory, we got to practice our latte art skills by hand and he would give us individual feedback on where we could focus more to get even better. Anyway, you get the idea, the guy is the best - 10/10 Already recommended to my friends.
We attended the barista course here and it was absolutely fantastic! We learned so much about coffee, beans, roasting process and latte art. They are also roasting their own coffee and offered us a cappuccino which tasted better than in most specialty coffee shops in Berlin. Great experience 👌
